Trust My Garage – New Website Now Live!
The new Trust My Garage website is live – take a look at TrustMyGarage.co.uk.
The website introduces a quick and seamless booking request system to generate more leads for TMG members than ever before, and while garages will still receive an email notification when a customer makes a booking enquiry, you can now also manage, confirm or cancel customer bookings on the website itself.
If you’re a TMG member and haven’t logged in to the new website yet, please download and read the TMG Website Garage Process Guide below, which provides instructions on how to:
- Reset your password so you can login to your account for the first time
- Edit your garage profile details
- Upload images to your garage profile
- Manage, confirm and cancel your booking enquiries

We are still in the website’s initial launch phase, so please take this opportunity to login to your garage account, learn how the website works and update your garage profile, as we prepare to launch a new marketing campaign for the site.
Joining Trust My Garage
Trust My Garage is included within IGA membership. If you are not a TMG member yet but would like to join, please call 01788 225 908 or email enquiries@rmif.co.uk, where our member helpline team can provide you with more information about the scheme and start your registration. Before joining the scheme, your garage must undergo a site audit to make sure your systems and processes meet the high standards of the code.
