IGA Announces Date & Venue for the BIG Awards 2024

The Independent Garage Association (IGA) are delighted to announce that the British Independent Garage (BIG) Awards 2024 will take place at the Hilton Metropole, Birmingham, on Friday 20 September. Building on the success of the 2023 BIG Awards, where prizes to the value of £50,000 were awarded to category winners, this year’s event promises to be even bigger and more exciting.

The BIG Awards serve as a platform to recognise and honour excellence within the independent automotive industry, highlighting the remarkable contributions of garages, individuals and industry suppliers. With 17 categories, the awards aim to highlight the unsung heroes of the independent automotive sector.

Stuart James, CEO of the IGA, said of the upcoming BIG Awards: “These awards are a testament to the commitment and innovation within the independent automotive sector. They provide an opportunity for us to celebrate the achievements of garage businesses, individuals and industry suppliers, all of whom continue to raise the standards of our industry.”
