Apprentice of the Year Award
This award recognises an exceptional automotive apprentice who has demonstrated outstanding commitment to learning, personal development and their future career in the industry.
The winner will demonstrate a strong work ethic, positive attitude and willingness to learn, alongside developing technical skills, problem-solving abilities and an understanding of customer service and industry standards. Judges will also look at the apprentice’s contribution to their employer, colleagues and the wider business, as well as their potential for a successful career in the automotive industry.
