Press Release: IGA Announces £1,000 Cash Prize for Each Category Winner at the BIG Awards 2024

The Independent Garage Association (IGA) is thrilled to announce exciting news for the British Independent Garage (BIG) Awards 2024. In line with last year’s awards, Stuart James, the IGA’s Chief Executive, has officially revealed today that each category winner will, once again, receive a Cash Prize of £1,000 from the IGA as a gesture to recognise and reward their outstanding achievements within our community.

Stuart James expressed his enthusiasm, saying, “As a non-profit organisation, the IGA BIG Awards are about celebrating the hard work, dedication, and excellence of the independent garage sector rather than generating a profit. For this reason, we have decided that, just as we did last year, we will give a £1,000 cash prize to each of the 17 category winners. We are deeply grateful to all the sponsors whose generous support makes this event possible and to all the incredible garages who entered this year’s awards.”
