IGA members will need to be aware when using the employment documents, that over the course of 2026 and 2027 there are a number of changes being introduced by the Government as part of the Employment Rights Act 2025. The IGA will be updating the documents on this website periodically throughout 2026 and 2027. That process is ongoing as the Government finishes its consultation and the precise form of the law becomes clear over the next two years. In this timeframe our members are therefore asked to use the Document Suite with caution, and where templates or policies are being used by members in this Document Suite which may be affected by the Employment Rights Act, to double check and take advice through the RMI Legal helpline that the particular precedent is up to date. *
